Scientifically created a Spokesperson Academy for senior leaders across a large Pharmaceutical company.

The programme was developed initially for the company General Managers who were the target group for the first year and was expanded in the second and third years to include the global leadership teams and their -1s.

The programme is in its 3rd year and is ongoing.  More than 400 leaders have been trained representing more than 38 countries/regions spanning the US, Europe, Australasia and Africa.

The custom training programme was developed around the specific needs of the client and has included the following topics at a plenary level.

  • Foundational spokesperson skills
  • Media training for company representatives
  • Storytelling for influence
  • Managing difficult conversations
  • Advanced media training skills

Virtual workshops for 3-4 people have focused on key message delivery, speaking with one voice, managing Q&A and effectively setting boundaries.

Some leadership teams have also been trained in person at tailored off-site events.

Additionally in 2023 – bespoke on-demand content has been created as a living resource for the participants.
